Dinner on the Diamond is a private dinner for 10 served on the field at Truist Park on Monday, May 8th, 2023, hosted by the Atlanta Braves Foundation, Delaware North, ASW Distillery, and Giving Kitchen.
Dinner on the Diamond kicks off with a presidential greeting at the ASW Battery tasting room, featuring cocktails with Atlanta Braves President & CEO Derek Schiller and Atlanta Braves President & CEO of Braves Development Company Mike Plant and hosted by Jim & Kelly Chasteen of ASW Distillery.
After an hour of cocktails, whiskey tasting, and discussion of the minutiae of baseball roster management, the group will walk to Truist Park for the meal of a lifetime. Braves Executive Chef Louis Martorano from Delaware North put has planned an incredible dinner on the filed of Truist Park. Here is a sneak peek:

“PB&J”- Foie Gras – boysenberry jam. Brioche.
Six Course Dinner
Five Spice Muscovy Duck breast. Crispy rice. Yuzu gel. Daikon. Sorrel.
Georgia Blue Crab Soft Shell- Pan seared- baby red romaine and Mache. Overnight tomato. Purple Basil vinaigrette.
Maple infused Elysian Field Farm Lamb. Sweet Potato silk. Crisp pancetta. Roasted carrot. Maple jus.
Butter Poached Maine Lobster. Goat cheese ricotta Gigantoni. Lobster Fond. Tarragon pesto.
Dry NY Strip. Grilled Porcini. Yukon mousseline. Burnt fiddlehead ferns. Pan Jus.
Small plate of artisan Cheese and chocolate truffle.
As a parting gift, each guest will receive a custom Team Hidi/Atlanta Braves jersey and a special bottle of ASW Fiddler Rye “Chin Music,” an Atlanta Braves barrel pick.
